100% Espadeiro from 20-year-old vines; grapes are foot-stomped and spontaneously ferment in 100-year-old clay amphorae with ground chestnut flowers for 1 month before resting in stainless steel. Unfined/unfiltered; minimal SO2 added at bottling.
