Staff favorite! This beautiful, well-balanced single-vineyard Assyrtiko (grown just 3km from the Aegean Sea) has high acidity, intense minerality, lemon zest, fleshy white peach, and a long finish… Although ultimately refreshing and zippy, it is a solidly medium-bodied white with some nice texture and weight, allowing for substantial ageing potential.

Sans funding or resources, she was forced to rely on basic technology and embrace low-intervention winemaking techniques. Today, her wines are certified organic and highly regarded for their modern stylings and pure, natural expressions of fruit. 100% Agiorgitiko, this bottling is fresh and fruit-forward, with bright acidity and fine tannins — an easy-drinking departure from the heavier reds Greece is known for.
