Vivanterre (“living earth”) is the ambitious and hugely successful endeavor of natural winemaker Patrick Bouju, fashion designer Rosie Assoulin, and sommelier Cedric Nicaise of Eleven Madison Park. To be honest, we’re pretty excited to have gotten our hands on just a few bottles of the highly-anticipated 2020 Orange Contact SGS, and gently suggest that you snap it up while it lasts. :)

Sagrantino
FULL-BODIED, BLACK CHERRY, TAR, FRESH HERBS, EARTH NEUTRAL OAK
‘Sacris’ could definitely benefit from some more bottle age in order to let its tannins soften up a bit (FYI, Sagrantino has the thickest skin of any other wine grape in the world)...it also has the right balance and structure to age long and gracefully, and just happens to be the first-ever 100% Sagrantino made in Oregon. Conclusion: ‘Sacris’ might make a very cool, unique bottle to collect & cellar (until 2028-2060)!

*Pair With: Mushroom & Black Truffle Pizza
