The nose here is bright with notes of black cherry, black pepper and a bit of licorice and menthol. On the palate the wine is supple with lovely fresh fruit and a bit of taught tannins on the finish. 100% full cluster, native yeast, 10% carbonic.

Gaglioppo, a native variety to the Italian “boot”, is sometimes referred to the “Nebbiolo of the South”. The palate is rich, full and dominated by sweet fruit. Aromas of red cherry, cranberry and red roses that transfer to the palate, which has dusty tannins and a nice long finish. Umami galore!

A hauntingly aromatic, pure, and delicately sculpted wine. Finely detailed fruit on the nose that recall wild cherry tinged with blood orange and wild herbs. On the palate, it’s lucid and tender and finishes long.
