PORTUGAL : BEIRAS : DÃO
Loureiro, Vinhão
LIGHT-MED-BODIED, FRESH RASPBERRY, CHERRY, STONE, EARTH, THYME, NO OAK
‘Chibu’ is blend of two typical Dão varieties. Loureiro (a light-skinned white grape), and Vinhão (a black grape known for producing deep ruby-red, almost inky, wines). From this seemingly unlikely union comes a fresh, easy drinking — yet complex — red with a vibrant flavor profile, fresh acidity, and light, elegant tannins.
