Comando G was founded in 2007 by Fernando García and Marc Isart to rescue the old-vine vineyards of the Rozas de Puerto Real village from cooperative obscurity. The vines are 60 years old, dry-farmed on decomposed granite and sand, and certified biodynamic since the 2018 vintage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLa Bruja de Rozas — the witch of Rozas — is their village wine: 100% old-vine Garnacha, native-fermented with whole clusters, then aged 8 months in large-format neutral oak foudres and bottled without fining or filtration. The 2023 is the final vintage of this wine in its current form. Wine Advocate gave it 95 points.
