Chardonnay
FULL-BODIED, CITRUS, PEACH, PINEAPPLE, FLORAL, MINERAL, HAZELNUT, OAK
From 40-70 year old Chardonnay plantings en route to receive Grand Cru status in the coming years, ‘Les Perrières’ is a lovely alternative to some of the much more expensive whites from the Côte d’Or. Generous, aromatic, and round, with a long finish and notable oak influence that doesn’t overpower the fruit, it’s a perfect pairing for richer seafood dishes and white meats. Matured in barriques (25% new).
