This unoaked Chardonnay from Il Borro Wines (one of Tuscany’s most esteemed wine families) is a nothing less than a gem. Fruity and fresh, with refreshing acidity and a lingering finish, it’s both an elegant food wine (especially when paired with fish dishes, light first courses, or fresh soft cheese), or a delight all on it’s own.
