FRANCE : BURGUNDY : PETIT-CHABLIS
MED-BODIED, GREEN APPLE, CITRUS, PEAR, PEACH, APRICOT, BUTTER, CREAM, NO OAK
The ‘Hautérivien’ cuvée from Denis and Isabelle Pommier (whom we’ve recently become huge fans of) is, in our opinion, exactly what every Petit-Chablis should be: refined and precise, but moreover welcoming, and deliciously drinkable.
Grapes are sourced from a blend of parcels in the villages of Lignorelles and Villey where the combination of limestone and kimmeridgien soils yield a fruity, mineral wine meant to be consumed young (and often!).
WINEMAKING : Hand-harvested; sorting occurs in vineyard & winery; fermentation / MLF in tank; aged sur lie in tank for 6 months.
FARMING : Organic (Practicing)
PAIRING : A Big Fat Salad with Avocado & Fried Halloumi
ITALY : TRENTINO-ALTO ADIGE : VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI
LIGHT-BODIED, ORCHARD FRUIT, CRISP, NO OAK
Expressive aromas of white apple blossoms; ripe yellow apple with lime zest and orange pith on the palate. Good finish.

ARGENTINA : MENDOZA : UCO VALLEY
MED-BODIED, PEACH, GOOSEBERRY, GREEN APPLE, HERBS, DRY, NO OAK
A fresh, lively, and fruity Brut Nature BdB that combines French sparkling wine heritage with Argentina’s unique terroir. Fun fact: Alta Vista was the first winery in Argentina to produce single vineyard wines! Their Brut Nature is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, 50% of which is estate fruit sourced from the Albaneve estate vineyard in the Uco Valley.
FOOD PAIRING: Cheese & Nut Plate with Fresh Farm Preserves
ARGENTINA : SALTA : VALLE DE CAFAYATE
Riesling (80%), Torrontés (20%)
MED-BODIED, PINEAPPLE, CITRUS, GREEN APPLE, MINERAL, NO OAK
Torrontés and Riesling make an unusual but complementary pairing in this lightly sweet, sophisticated and fruit-forward bubbly (Torrontés is responsible for the orange blossom, Riesling for the tropical fruit) from the high-altitude plains of the Calchaqui Valleys in Salta, Argentina.
FARMING : Sustainable
PAIRING : Brunch (with or without OJ)
