Sourced from a new, organically farmed a vineyard in Santa Barbara county called Dogged Lane, this surprisingly lean Mourvèdre from winemaker James Sparks (a star of the California wine scene best known for his work at Liquid Farm) is as bright and fresh as its label – with ripe berry fruit, zippy acidity, and elegant sagebrush and leather tones.
WINEMAKING : Little-to-no manipulation in the winery; unfined/unfiltered. Only 50 cases made.
