Another juicy, playful hit from one of our all-time favorite producers! This bright and bubbly pet-nat from Kobal’s ‘Bajta’ line is a 50/50 blend of Laški Rizling (aka Welschriesling) and Chardonnay, with thirst-quenching exotic fruit and some subtle yeasty-ness for added complexity and a pleasantly creamy texture. Fermented with natural yeasts; unfined/unfiltered. Chill well and don’t shake (just let that sediment settle)!

There is plenty of finesse in the smooth-texture non-vintage Clicquot offering. The palate evokes flavors of apricot, peach, vanilla pastry, and minerality. Racy with a snappy finish and elegant, yet unpretentious.
