The project of two brothers who grew up in France after fleeing Lebanon upon the outbreak of civil war in 1975, Massaya (“Twilight”) combines the Bekka Valley’s prized terroir and rich history of winemaking (which dates back to Biblical times) with the prowess and know-how of French winemaking dynasties in the southern Rhône and Saint Emilion. If you’re looking to add something unique to your cellar, this is a powerful and structured wine with amazing aging potential. Decant before serving.
