Sourced from 37 acres of vineyards in Sigolsheim in the Haut-Rhin (“Upper Rhine”), this Cremant undergoes whole-cluster fermentation in stainless steel vats and spends (at minimum) 12 months on the lees, thereby producing a fine, soft mousse accompanied by powerful body and fresh, lemony acid.
