DRY, FULL-BODIED, CITRUS, NUTTY, PINEAPPLE, SPICE, NEUTRAL OAK
In yet another fabulous endeavor by the winemakers of M. Chapoutier, this is a classic Alsace expression of aged riesling. Rich golden hues are accentuated by nutty notes with citrus, pineapple, and spice. Lively acidity and an almost saline finish pair this well with big meals.
France : Champagne :
Cotes de Blancs
90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir
LIGHT BODIED, FRESH, ELEGANT, CITRUS, CREAMY, NO OAK
Uncommon bouyancy, tension, and nuance for an entry level cuvee. Sense of richness and purity to its white peach and grapefruit. Notes of almond and pistachio cream with chalky minerality. Incredible brightness. Fresh edge of pith.
FRANCE : SOUTHWEST : VDP DES COTES DE GASCOGNE
Gros Manseng, Sauvignon Blanc
ITALY : TRENTINO-ALTO ADIGE : VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI
LIGHT-BODIED, ORCHARD FRUIT, CRISP, NO OAK
Expressive aromas of white apple blossoms; ripe yellow apple with lime zest and orange pith on the palate. Good finish.
