Distilled five times from Swedish winter wheat in Lidköping and charcoal-filtered, Svedka delivers a clean, neutral profile built for cocktails. Production runs on a continuous column still — wheat, water, and yeast kept in constant motion — then blended with limestone-filtered spring water from the surrounding plains of Lake Vänern.

Guillaume Cuvelier introduced the brand in 1998 to occupy the space between low-end rail vodka and premium-priced imports. Constellation Brands acquired it in 2007 for $384 million. Today Svedka is one of the top-selling imported vodkas in the US — built on the argument that good vodka and fair price aren't mutually exclusive.
