Very small production wine & thus extremely rare. Fermented 6 to 8 months in small oak casks. Aged 13 months, with no fining or filtering. Then aged on lees for 24 to 36 months.

The wine presents notes of key lime, green apple and honeydew melon, ripe Anjou pear and dried pineapple. The lingering finish is nicely balanced with a certain brightness and freshness.
