Tempranillo
FULL-BODIED, RED CHERRY, RASPBERRY BLACKBERRY, SPICE, COCOA, OAK
A solid and classically-styled Crianza showing lots of bright red fruit alongside toasty, oak-derived notes; firm, focused tannins balanced by fresh acidity; and a impressively lengthy finish. For the less seasoned Rioja drinkers among us, Crianza wines have shorter aging requirements than the Reserva and Gran Reserva levels. Accessible and well-suited to casual/everyday drinking, Crianza wines are a great place to start if you’re looking to explore this region.
