Hand-picked, cold carbonic maceration with no added yeast or sulfur, then six to seven months in tank and old 225-liter barrels, bottled unfiltered by the lunar calendar and sealed in wax.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCherry and raspberry, a lift of crushed flowers, a savory, herbal finish.
