Ramona is the kind of idea that only a seasoned sommelier would bother making honest: low-alcohol, organic, preservative-free wine spritz from Sicily in a can. Jordan Salcito — who passed the Master Sommelier blind tasting on her first try and ran beverage programs at Eleven Madison Park and Momofuku — dreamed it up on maternity leave and moved production to Italy specifically to avoid the chemical preservatives required by American canning facilities.

The Dry Ruby Grapefruit is the leaner, more bracing member of the lineup. At 5% ABV and 90 calories, it's made from organic Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria) grown in Sicily, blended with organic ruby grapefruit juice, lightly carbonated, and canned without sugar, preservatives, or artificial anything. Warm-water pasteurization only — no compromise on what goes in the can.
