France : Loire Valley : Sancerre
MEDIUM BODIED, NUTTY, CREAMY, SALINE, NO OAK
Riffault is the wild man of Sancerre. He lets the terroir speak for itself by letting the grapes ripen further than most, which leads to a richer wine with aromas of orchard fruit and oxidation. Funky and fresh!
