LIGHT-BODIED, DRY, LEMON PEEL, WET STONE, FLORAL, ALMOND SKIN, NO OAK
Bone dry and ultra-light, with sharp acidity and soft, airy citrus notes, ‘Zehnkomanull’ (which means “10 point 0,” referencing that the wine never ferments past 10% abv) is made from rescued parcels of steeply terraced, old-vine Elbling (an ancient grape believed to have arrived in Germany 2,000 years ago with the Romans). Convivial, refreshing, and delightfully simple, it's a wine meant to be enjoyed and not overthought.

Riesling
LIGHT-BODIED, DRY, LIME, FLINT, SEA BREEZE, GREEN APPLE, USED OAK
From a very old vineyard near the village of Niedermenninger, Falkenstein’s Kabinett Trocken (the driest and lightest style of German Riesling) is zippy, crunchy, stony, and ethereal, with restrained fruit, tense acidity, and impossibly clean minerality. Hand harvested and matured on the lees in 1,000L barrels for 3-9 months before bottling.

Riesling
DRY, MEDIUM-BODIED, GREEN APPLE, CRISP, STONE FRUIT, NO OAK
An exciting up-and-coming Mosel producer creating wine in an homage to the style of Keller – despite trace amounts of residual sugar, the acidity is so cutting that this drinks dry with notes of green apple, Rainier cherries, and bee pollen.

Riesling
LIGHT-BODIED, YELLOW APPLE, FLORAL, SLATE, MINERAL, OFF-DRY, NO OAK
As the first (and still the only) biodynamic producer in the Rheingau, the Kühns — who are 11th generation winemakers — have quickly become icons not only of Riesling, but of terroir-driven natural wines in general. Their Lenchen Kabinett is a solidly semi-sweet Riesling of great finesse and elegance, most characterized by its purity and the sharpness of its mineral grip.

Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir)
LIGHT-BODIED, RED BERRY, RED CURRANT, VIBRANT, SILKY, SOME OAK
Gabriel Scheuerman and his brother Simon took over the family winery at the tender ages of 16 and 19, respectively. They are now producing some of the most expressive, under-the-radar natural wine around. As they say, "We don't make German wine; we make German wine in a Loire style." A wilder, slightly crunchier take on German Spatburnder (Pinot Noir).
