Holger Koch is a benchmark grower in Baden, working  on volcanic and loess soils. A firm believer in minimal intervention, Koch farms organically, uses indigenous yeasts, and adds no sulfur to this “SF” cuvée. The result is wild, pure, and alive — notes of red cherry, cranberry, rose petal, Silky texture, lifted acidity, and gentle tannins make it a natural food partner.
