From the steep, slate and quartzite-rich slopes of Lorch, this outstanding village-level cuvée from Georg Breuer  (whose wines are among the very finest in Germany) is characterized by its  pronounced acidity and minerality, which are well-balanced by a touch of RS (~9g).
