  • Who is eligible to join the program?
    Any registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, school PTO, or community-based charity is welcome to apply. We’re proud to support groups of all sizes.

  • Is there a cost or a fee to join the partnership?
    No. The program is completely free for nonprofits—there are no sign-up fees, hidden costs, or ongoing charges. Our goal is to make community building as easy and effortless as possible.

  • How does the referral/discount code work?
    Each nonprofit partner receives a unique discount code. Supporters simply enter the code when they place an order online, and they’ll receive an exclusive discount on their purchase.

  • What discount do supporters receive?
    Supporters receive a special discount off their purchase when using your nonprofit’s code (typically 10% for wine and 5% for spirits). It’s our way of thanking them for supporting both your cause and our community.

  • Can supporters combine the code with other discounts or promotions?
    To keep things simple and transparent, the nonprofit code cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts. However, it can be used on nearly all regularly priced items.

  • Are there geographic or shipping restrictions?
    Due to state liquor laws, we have restrictions on where we can ship. A full list of eligible shipping destinations is available at checkout. Orders for local delivery or in-store pickup may also be available, depending on your supporters’ location. We ship wines within NYS, but shipping expenses quickly outway any benefit. We only deliver spirits locally.

  • Can nonprofits opt out or end the partnership?
    Absolutely. We believe in flexibility. If your organization wishes to pause or end participation at any time, just let us know and we’ll deactivate your code right away—no hassles. In addition, Eastside Cellars reserves the right to discontinue the discount code or this program at any time.
