The result is a bourbon that runs drier and more restrained than you might expect — more nutmeg and dark fruit than the corn-sweet style its low-rye mash suggests.

Made from Mash Bill #1, the same grain recipe behind E.H. Taylor and the Buffalo Trace flagship, Eagle Rare is the age-stated entry point into one of the most decorated programs in American whiskey.
