Triple distilled at the New Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Jameson blends traditional pot still whiskey — made from malted and unmalted Irish barley — with grain whiskey, then matures both in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks for a minimum of four years.
