Navarra has long been the less-heralded neighbor to Rioja, but it makes some of Spain’s most food-friendly rosés — lighter in body, higher in acidity, built from a mix of international and native grapes rather than a single-variety formula. Mai Vino sources this blend from organically farmed growers in the appellation and vinifies it cleanly: short cold maceration, native yeast fermentation over 30 days in stainless steel, no additions, clay filtration for a vegan finish.
