Mi Campo ferments their Blue Weber agave in open-air tanks near fragrant citrus trees, then double-distills and rests the spirit in French oak barrels from Napa Valley — a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) and Pinot Noir (70%) barrels that pushes this reposado toward vanilla, honey maple, and white chocolate without burying the agave's mineral and floral character.

A step up from the blanco and built for the Margarita or the Paloma, though capable neat with a single rock.
