Twenty-year-old Sémillon bush vines with a strong coastal influence. Twenty percent of the blend ferments on skins and stems for two weeks, the whole lot then develops seven months on gross lees — the light oxidation is intentional, adding grip and texture without weight. Floral, bready, and more structured than the proof suggests.
