Wölffer Estate has been making the Hamptons' most recognizable rosé from their 55-acre sustainably farmed vineyard in Sagaponack since winemaker Roman Roth joined in 1992. The Estate Rosé is a Merlot-anchored multi-varietal blend — dry, coastal, and built for the table more than the pool deck.
The 2023 drinks pale tangerine, with strawberry and watermelon on the nose leading to a dry, tangy palate with a touch of textural weight and a saline mineral finish. First vintage released with a screwcap closure, which keeps it fresh between pours.
