Ben Holladay is the first bourbon from Holladay Distillery since it resumed production in 2015 — ending a 30-year pause — on the same limestone-spring site in Weston, Missouri that Ben Holladay founded in 1856. Six years in new #3-char Missouri white oak from Independent Stave Company, distilled to roughly 120 proof and barreled at 118 — an unusually tight spread that keeps more grain character in the spirit and concentrates what the barrel adds rather than diffusing it.

Bottled-In-Bond means 100 proof, single distillery, single distilling season, minimum four years — the federal guarantee written into law in 1897. This release exceeds it by two years. Batches of 48–52 barrels are pulled monthly from seven-story ironclad rickhouses, blended across floors to balance the 30°F temperature gradient between them. The label carries a floor-percentage breakdown for each batch.
