MEDIUM-BODIED, BLACK CHERRY, DARK PLUM, BLACKCURRANT, FIRM TANNINS, JUICY ACIDITY, LINGERING FINISH. 

“Golem” comes from Ginard Ballester’s Universo LB line — their “low intervention” set — and is aged 8 months in concrete egg rather than oak to preserve pure fruit, texture, and the mineral identity of the stony Altamira soils. Vines grow at ~1,100 meters above sea level, the wine is bottled in the same vintage to capture freshness.
