Manuel Moraga is the seventh generation of his family to work these vines in Yumbel, south of Santiago. The vineyard is one of Chile's oldest registered — the country's 33rd. "Chacoli Tinto" is a pétillant naturel: bottled mid-fermentation, sealed without disgorgement, no sulfur added at any stage. Old-vine character with the fizz and ease of a chillable red.
