A well-balanced and classic Saumur Rouge  with vibrant red fruit, dusty tannins, and a smoky, mineral finish. “Eolithe” refers to the estate’s unique jurassic terroir — unlike the rest of the appellation, its stony soil is free of limestone, which allows for deeper root growth.
