Château Sainte Béatrice was founded in 1980 in Lorgues and is now owned by Valérie Rousselle, owner of Château Roubine — one of only 23 Cru Classé estates in Côtes de Provence. The winemaking team from Roubine handles production, which explains why this approachable entry cuvée drinks above its price. Clay-calcareous soils and an east-west axis between the Verdon and the Mediterranean give it clean, pale structure.
Certified kosher and mevushal — suitable for any occasion regardless of service constraints. The "B" cuvée is the estate's everyday bottling: pale, dry, and built for the table.
