‘Oiseau’ (“bird”) is a sleek, powerful blend of Carignan, Grenache and Syrah harvested separately from three single vineyards and made in the tradition of fine Corbières wine, which is known for its high quality and affordability. Fermented in stainless steel; aged for 3 years in bottle before release.
