Classic Sancerre in a Kosher-certified bottling — Mevushal, OU supervised, and cleared for Passover. The wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Centre-Loire's chalk and limestone soils, fermented in stainless steel with no oak contact, no malolactic, and early bottling to preserve the freshness the appellation demands.
The 2025 vintage brought one of the earliest harvests on record for the Loire: warm and dry, with riper fruit than the cool 2024s but the citrus and mineral tension intact. Distributed by Royal Wine Company, the principal US importer of kosher fine wine.
