Denis Carré founded his estate in 1975, meaning it’s a relatively new domaine by Burgundian standards — and, making his accomplishments all the more impressive. Today the estate is run by his children, Marial and Gaetane, and includes 13 hectares of vines spread over eight appellations. The soft and elegant ‘‘En Brescul’ is shining beautifully now, but will keep until 2026.
