Awash in delicate floral aromas, sweet citrus fruit, and stony minerality. Grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed; fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel; the wine is aged sur lie for one year (or more) in tank and bottled with minimal added sulfur. Elegant, understated, and food-friendly: drink now — 2026.
