MED-FULL-BODIED, HONEYED APPLE, NUT, CARAMEL, WET STONE, OAK

Sourced entirely from the steep slopes of the lieu-dit La Bidode in Pupillin. Fermented and aged in 500–600L barrels for a minimum of two years with virtually no SO2 — the result sits between white Burgundy and oxidative Jura: more precise than the latter, more textured than the former.
