Bright, crisp red fruit on the nose with hints of peach. Palate has great acidity, with light minerality and continuing red fruit. Drinking fabulously now, since Southern Hemisphere rosé are released 6 months prior to Northern.

20% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay
LIGHT BODIED, FRESH, ELEGANT, RED BERRY, CITRUS, NO OAK
In the nose, strawberry and raspberry tantalize with light notes of lemon. On the palate the bubbles are extremely fine and the wine light and long on the palate.

FULL-BODY, RED FRUIT, LIVELY, BRIGHT, NEUTRAL OAK
Racy, rich, full, and focused. Lower dosage than the ‘Ultradition,’ giving a much longer, drier finish. Soft, yet forward notes of raspberry and citrus on both the nose and palate. Very limited production
