Romassan is the Bandol estate in the Ott trio, sitting at the foot of Le Castellet on terraces of limestone, sandstone and upper-cretaceous marl. Mourvèdre takes half the blend — the appellation minimum, and the reason this carries more grip and a longer runway than the Côtes de Provence bottlings.

Hand-harvested, sorted bunch by bunch, gently pressed, then fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel. No oak, nothing to blur the line. The estate has been certified organic since the 2022 vintage.
