Folk Machine has been making California bistro wine out of Santa Rosa since 2002 — family-owned, independently operated, sourcing from older, organically farmed vineyards across the North Coast and beyond. Parts & Labor is the anchor: a multi-vineyard blend that shifts each vintage; the 2021 is the first release where Grenache dominated.
Carignane comes from 100-year-old Mendocino vines at Lolonis and two neighboring farms. Syrah from the biodynamic Vecino Vineyard in Potter Valley. Whole cluster and carbonic maceration through several lots keep everything lifted and fresh. Aged in French foudres and stainless — built for the table, not the cellar.
