Gaupasa is the natural-wine label of Bodegas Navarrsotillo, a family operation in Peralta, Navarra. Garnacha Blanca spends 12 days on the skins, extracting the amber color and texture that define the orange wine category without overwhelming the fruit. Unfiltered, unfined — pour with a slight decant if the vintage has thrown sediment.
