Hugo's Cocktails is a Latinx-owned New York brand built by two bar veterans — the Salted Caramel Espresso Martini is their most indulgent SKU. Tequila replaces vodka as the base, which changes the math: agave sweetness threads through the cold brew bitterness, the salted caramel ties it together, and a touch of Madagascar vanilla lifts the finish. The result is richer than the label suggests and more complex than most canned coffee cocktails.
