Kristinus farms biodynamically on the south shore of Lake Balaton, one of Europe's largest freshwater lakes. "Siller" is a Hungarian wine category that sits halfway between rosé and red — deeper in color than a typical rosé, lighter in tannin than a red. Made from Zweigelt with low intervention and minimal sulfur, it's the kind of wine built for slight chilling and drinking without deliberation.
