NEW ZEALAND : AUCKLAND
MEDIUM-LIGHT-BODIED, RASPBERRY, STRAWBERRY, FLORAL, SPICE, OAK
A very light and refreshing style of pinot from winemaker Michael Brajkovich, who was New Zealand’s first Master of Wine (MW). Fresh, light, and dry, with a vibrant edge and nice hint of chalky tannins — the palate is lightweight yet fruity with a lick of oak spice and angular acidity.
SPAIN : GALICIA : RIBEIRA SACRA
MEDIUM BODIED, RED FRUIT, FLORAL, LIGHT, BRIGHT, NEUTRAL OAK
A hauntingly aromatic, pure, and delicately sculpted wine. Finely detailed fruit on the nose that recall wild cherry tinged with blood orange and wild herbs. On the palate, it’s lucid and tender and finishes long.
FOOD PAIRING: Poultry & Pork

50% Merlot, 50% Tannat
Italy : Tuscany : Maremma

MEDIUM BODIED, BLUE FRUIT, FRESH, SOFT TANNINS, FLORAL, NO OAK
Very expressive and floral in the nose with blueberry, black cherry and raspberry fruit braced with licorice and violet notes. Palate is fresh with soft tannins and very elegant long finish. Natural wine, no additives, aged in concrete egg.
