Old-vine field blend from Mendocino, made by carbonic maceration — ten days whole-cluster at cold temperature, then warmed and pressed. The vineyards date to the 1940s and 1950s and are certified organic. A California Nouveau: juicy, fruit-primary, and built to drink now rather than age. Native yeast, minimal sulfur, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
