Les Lunes is the 'vigneron' project of Diego Roig and Shaunt Oungoulian of Populis Wines fame. They have converted 40 acre of conventionally farmed vineyards to regenerative farming and organic practices. The Carignan comes from a small block of 70-year old, dry farmed vines.
