Ripe, rich Shiraz grapes (60%) from Adelaide Hills + early-picked Aglianico (40%) from the Limestone Coast = the best of both worlds! This delicious Australian red blend from natural winemaking husband-and-wife team Seb and Colleen Hardy of Living Roots Wine & Co. – who operate in and produce wines from both Adelaide Hills and the Finger Lakes region –  is big and bold, yet soft and luscious, with high acid and bright fruit character.

WINEMAKING : Minimal-intervention/natural; co-fermented with wilds yeasts; aged in a mix of old & new oak; no added sulfites
